Notice is hereby given that Pam Childers, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Escambia County, Florida, will on the 18th day of August 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (CST), at the 2nd Floor Lobby, Westside, of the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Building, 190 Governmental Center, Pensacola, Florida 3502, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, as more fully set forth in the Pledge Agreement, as generally described in the Final Judgment dated July 29, 2025, which was entered in this action (the “Final Judgment”):
71,500 shares of common stock in Apollo Water Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation, issued in the name of William L. White, as evidenced by Stock Certificate Number 14, together with all property added to or substituted for any of the foregoing, and all interest, dividends, income, fruits, returns, accessions, profits, corporate distributions (including without limitation, stock splits and stock dividends), products and proceeds of any of the foregoing.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the stock owner as of the date of the Final Judgment entered herein must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
