Bayou Chico Properties, LLC is seeking this order in reference to FDEP Site ID # COM_66742, Facility ID 178626786 and BF170701001, the Former Runyan Shipyard Facility, Barrancas Avenue and McLeod Street at Bayou Chico, Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida, and intends to restrict exposure to contamination in the following manner: engineering controls, groundwater use restriction, and digging restriction.
