Lot 16, Block 13, Aero Vista, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 53 of the Public Records of Escambia County, Florida.

The action was instituted in the First Judicial Circuit Court, Escambia County, Florida, and is styled PROTECTED PROPERTY, LLC, vs. TERRY LONGTINE and SCOTT LONGTNE.
