Notice is given that property was abandoned after tenant, AJ SAVAGE, LLC, terminated its tenancy with JAMES BRAZIL and MARCIA BRAZIL (the “Landlords”) for the property at 2601 North 12th Avenue, Pensacola, FL, 32503, and the premises was vacated by the tenant through surrender and abandonment. Pursuant to the procedure detailed in F.S. § 715.109, the Landlords will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2601 North 12th Avenue, Pensacola, Escambia County, FL 32503 at 1:00 CST on Thursday, March 12, 2020, the following described property set forth below:
