The Pensacola Police Department seized the property in Escambia County, Florida on April 20, 2021, and is holding it.

A Complaint for Forfeiture was filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court on June 2, 2021, and any person seeking to contest this claim must file a responsive pleading with the Clerk of the Court of Court on or before OCTOBER 18 , 2021.
