Return of Estate property, compensation, and cessation of unauthorized enforcement actions;
Allegations of unconstitutional trespass, emergency abuse, coercion, estate fraud, and failure to provide due process;
A warrant issued by Judge Kerra A. Smith (Escambia County, FL) against the living man, despite no crime, no injured party, no verified complaint, and with denial of opportunity for special appearance or virtual attendance;
