NOTICE is hereby given by herman-lute; woods ii, Executor and Secured Party Creditor of the Estate of HERMAN LUTE WOODS II, a private American national and living soul on land and soil jurisdiction. Notice is served for:

Return of Estate property, compensation, and cessation of unauthorized enforcement actions;
Allegations of unconstitutional trespass, emergency abuse, coercion, estate fraud, and failure to provide due process;
A warrant issued by Judge Kerra A. Smith (Escambia County, FL) against the living man, despite no crime, no injured party, no verified complaint, and with denial of opportunity for special appearance or virtual attendance;
Reflecting violations of the Hague and Geneva Conventions, the Organic Constitution (1787), UCC (implemented post‑1933 under FDR to address U.S. bankruptcy), as well as Public Law 73‑10, and 12 U.S.C. § 411, establishing lawful money tender rights;
Demand for justice under constitutional, common-law, trust, and treaty principles, including Marbury v. Madison (1803), Hale v. Henkel (1906), Clearfield Trust Co. v. U.S. (1943), and equity maxims that “where equity exists, a remedy must follow”;
Total claim for compensatory damages: $22,105,000.00 USD per Fee Schedule, with equitable remedy requested and Bill of Exchange tendered;
Demand for recusal of Judge, vacatur of arrest warrant, and restraining order to protect the Estates’ rights, assets, and person of Executor;
Silence or failure to return negotiable instruments constitutes tacit acquiescence and estoppel;
Public Notice: Any payment for publication via FRNs, credit, or other debt-based tender is made under protest, duress, and compulsion, and does not constitute jurisdictional consent.

Furthermore, in reference to the alleged $5,000 debt associated with the unlawfully issued warrant in Escambia County under case #2025CT001758, I hereby issue lawful Acceptance for Value (A4V) as Executor and Secured Party Creditor for the Estate of HERMAN LUTE WOODS II. This financial obligation is now deemed paid in full, settled, and discharged per 12 U.S.C. § 411, Public Law 73-10, and UCC § 3-603, which provides for tender of discharge in lawful money. Any continued pursuit of said obligation constitutes willful fraud and harassment.

This public notice constitutes final settlement and closure of all related matters in equity and law in lieu of disbursement for damages and unlawful civil actions taken against the private estate. Failure to rebut this notice with verified claim and lawful authority within three (3) days shall result in permanent estoppel by acquiescence.

This notice is filed under applicable trust and organic law, with legal rights reserved without prejudice under UCC § 1‑308.
