Notice is hereby given that Pam Childers, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Escambia County, Florida, shall sell the following described property situated in Escambia County, Florida:
Unit C-4, Building C, Phase 3, RIVERWALK, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Declaration of Condominium dated February 19, 1985, and recorded on March 21, 1985, in Official Records Book 2037, at Pages 571 through 707 of the Public Records of Escambia County, Florida, as amended by Supplemental Declarations of Condominium to add subsequent Phases 2, 3, 4 and 5, with the said Supplemental Declarations for Phases 2, 3 and 4 being recorded in Official Records Book 2037, at Page 708, Page 730 and Page 757, respectively, and with the Supplemental Declaration for Phase 5 being recorded in Official Records Book 2146, Page 838, as further amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Riverwalk, a Condominium, and Supplemental Declaration of Condominium of Riverwalk, a Condominium, to add Phase 6, dated April 25, 1986, and recorded in Official Records Book 2272, Pages 446 through 516, which Amended and Supplement has been amended by Amendment/Surveyor Affidavit/Quit Claim Deed Correcting the Legal Description and Location of Phase 6, Riverwalk, a Condominium, recorded on February 27, 1990, under Comptroller’s File for record No. 780540 and in Official Records Book 2822, at Page 62, with all recording reference being to the Public records of Escambia County, Florida, together with all of its appurtenances, including without limitation, its undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration and the Supplemental Declarations and Amendments.
including the structures and improvements located thereon, if any, at a public sale on the 12th day of November, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time), or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at www.escambia.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said court, the style of which is RIVERWALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v LINDA L. BILES, et al., the case number of which is 2025 CC 003673.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Escambia County Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority”) will hold and conduct a public hearing to be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, beginning at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as such matters may be heard, in the conference room of the Authority located at 700 South Palafox Street, Suite 310, Pensacola, Florida 32502, for the purpose of receiving comments and hearing discussion concerning the following:
The proposed issuance by the Authority of its Single Family Housing Revenue Bonds, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $225,000,000, pursuant to a plan of finance, in one or more series at one of more times. Proceeds of the Bonds will be used to purchase federally insured or guaranteed mortgage loans originated by participating lending institutions to finance the purchase or rehabilitation of new or existing owner-occupied single family residences situated within Escambia County, Florida, and in each county in which the Authority has been granted area of operation authority, including Alachua County, Bay County, Bradford County, Franklin County, Gadsden County, Gulf County, Hernando County, Indian River County, Jackson County, Jefferson County, Leon County, Madison County, Marion County, Martin County, Okaloosa County, Santa Rosa County, St. Lucie County, Taylor County, Wakulla County and Walton County, Florida by persons or families of low, moderate or middle income, or to purchase securities from a master servicer evidencing interests in or backed by a pool of such mortgage loans, including, without limitation, securities guaranteed by the federal government or agencies thereof (the “Project”). The plan of financing may include the use of proceeds of the Bonds to refund portions of previously issued single family mortgage revenue bonds to thereby make funds available for the financing of the Project, and the Authority reserves the right to elect to issue mortgage credit certificates in lieu of the Bonds.
At such meeting, persons will be given an opportunity to express their views, both orally and through written statements which are submitted to the Authority on or before the public hearing. For the purpose of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Escambia County Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority”), for and on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County, Florida, will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on November 6, 2025, in the conference room of the Authority located at 700 South Palafox Street, Suite 310, Pensacola, Florida 32502, to consider a plan of finance for the issuance of bonds for the following purpose:
The Authority proposes to issue not exceeding $22,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its revenue bonds (the “Bonds”), in one or more installments or series and loan the proceeds of such Bonds to Kupfrian Manor, LLC a Florida limited liability company or its affiliate (the “Borrower”) for the purpose of financing or refinancing the costs of acquiring, constructing and equipping a multifamily residential rental facility and facilities directly or ancillary thereto to be known as Kupfrian Manor at 1110 West Moreno Street, consisting of 4.3 acres to be located on the southeast corner of West Avery Street and North H Street in the City of Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida (the “Project”). The Project will provide approximately 94 units of rental housing facilities for senior adults of low, very low, middle, and moderate income. The Project will be owned and operated by the Borrower.
The Bonds, when issued, will be special, limited obligations of the Authority payable solely out of the revenues derived from a financing agreement with the Borrower. The Bonds and interest thereon shall never pledge the taxing power, or constitute the debt or indebtedness of the Authority, Escambia County, Florida, the State or any other political subdivision, public agency or municipality thereof within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory prohibition. The Authority has no taxing power.
At the time and place fixed for said public hearing all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal to approve said Bonds and the plan of finance, including the Project listed above. Prior to said public hearing, written comments may be delivered to the Executive Director of the Authority at 700 South Palafox Street, Suite 310, Pensacola, Florida 32502. The Authority proposes to issue not exceeding $24,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its revenue bonds (the “Bonds”), in one or more installments or series and loan the proceeds of such Bonds to Avery Place Apartments, LLC a Florida limited liability company or its affiliate (the “Borrower”) for the purpose of financing or refinancing the costs of acquiring, constructing and equipping a multifamily residential rental facility and facilities directly or ancillary thereto to be known as Avery Place Apartments at 1250 West Moreno Street, consisting of 6.3 acres to be located on the southwest corner of West Avery Street and North H Street in the City of Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida (the “Project”). The Project will include approximately 112 units of rental housing facilities for persons of low, very low, middle, and moderate income. The Project will be owned and operated by the Borrower.
The Bonds, when issued, will be special, limited obligations of the Authority payable solely out of the revenues derived from a financing agreement with the Borrower. The Bonds and interest thereon shall never pledge the taxing power, or constitute the debt or indebtedness of the Authority, Escambia County, Florida, the State or any other political subdivision, public agency or municipality thereof within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory prohibition. The Authority has no taxing power.
At the time and place fixed for said public hearing all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal to approve said Bonds and the plan of finance, including the Project listed above. Prior to said public hearing, written comments may be delivered to the Executive Director of the Authority at 700 South Palafox Street, Suite 310, Pensacola, Florida 32502. All persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made by the Authority with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
