NOTICE OF INTENTION
TO APPLY FOR VACATION OF PLAT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, that Twin Hollows, LLC will apply to the Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County, Florida, at a public meeting to be held at 5:32 p.m. on January 8, 2026, in the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, Board Meeting Room, First Floor, 221 Palafox Place, Pensacola, Florida, 32502 for the adoption of a resolution vacating and annulling all or a portion of the plat of Lost Bay Subdivision subdivision in Escambia County Florida.

The following is the legal description of the platted lands that are subject to the plat vacation:

LOT 3, LOST BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

All interested parties may appear at the public meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed plat vacation. A copy of the agenda and other items to be considered at the meeting may be obtained from the County Administrator’s Office, Room 420, Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, 221 Palafox Place, Pensacola, FL 32502.

Any person who wishes to appeal a decision made with respect to the matter considered at the public meeting will need a record of the proceedings.
