Petitioner, MARILYN LILYQUIST, has an interest in this estate as the mother, sole heir, and duly appointed domiciliary personal representative of the Decedent, CLINTON RUSSELL LILYQUIST II, a/k/a CLINTON R. LILYQUIST II, CLINTON LILYQUIST, RUSTY LILYQUIST, and BIG SWEDE LILYQUIST. Petitioner’s residence and mailing address is 4619 28th Avenue NE, Longville, Minnesota 56655, and her telephone number is (218) 838-4149. The name and office address of Petitioner’s attorney are set forth at the end of this Petition.

2. Decedent, CLINTON RUSSELL LILYQUIST II, a/k/a CLINTON R. LILYQUIST II, CLINTON LILYQUIST, RUSTY LILYQUIST, and BIG SWEDE LILYQUIST, was born on September 30, 1969. Decedent’s last known address was 2600 46th Street NE, Longville, Minnesota 56655, and Decedent was 56 years of age at death. The last four digits of Decedent’s social security number are 9058. Decedent died on February 7, 2026, in Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida. At the time of death, Decedent was domiciled in Cass County, Minnesota.

3. So far as is known, the name and address of the Decedent’s surviving heir, her relationship to the Decedent, and her age status are as follows:

The Decedent left no surviving spouse, children, or descendants of predeceased children. The Decedent’s father, Clinton Russell Lilyquist, predeceased him in 2022. The Minnesota court determined that MARILYN LILYQUIST, the Decedent’s mother, is his sole heir.

4. Venue is proper in Escambia County, Florida, because the Decedent was a nonresident of Florida who owned real property located in Escambia County at the time of death.

5. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of the Decedent. The Decedent died intestate.

6. A domiciliary formal unsupervised probate proceeding is pending in the District Court of Cass County, Minnesota, Ninth Judicial District, Court File No. 11-PR 26-573. The Minnesota Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirs and Appointment of Personal Representative was filed April 29, 2026. By Order filed June 11, 2026, the Minnesota court formally adjudicated intestacy, determined MARILYN LILYQUIST to be the sole heir, and appointed her personal representative without bond. Authenticated copies of the Minnesota Petition for Administration, Order appointing the personal representative, and Letters or equivalent authority will be filed to the docket upon receipt.

7. MARILYN LILYQUIST is entitled to preference in appointment as ancillary personal representative because she is the domiciliary personal representative and the Decedent’s mother and sole heir. No other known person has equal or higher preference to appointment. Petitioner is qualified under Florida law to serve as ancillary personal representative.

8. The following is a complete list of the property subject to this Florida ancillary administration and its estimated value:
a. Non-homestead real property located at 12334 Ailanthus Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32506, legally described as follows:

The property is identified by Escambia County Property Appraiser PID 272S312100052001. Its estimated fair market value as of the date of death is $126,458.00.
9. Petitioner has made, and will continue to make, diligent search and reasonable inquiry for known or reasonably ascertainable creditors. Notice to creditors will be published and served as required by Florida law, and the Florida property and any sale proceeds will remain subject to expenses of administration and timely valid claims.

10. Petitioner believes this proceeding will be uncontested and declines to proceed with administrative probate under Florida Probate Rule 5.024.

11. Subject to expenses of administration, valid creditor claims, and further order of the Court, the Florida property or its net sale proceeds will ultimately pass to MARILYN LILYQUIST, the Decedent’s sole heir.

12. The domiciliary personal representative is Petitioner, whose address is set forth above, and the court issuing the domiciliary authority is the District Court of Cass County, Minnesota, Ninth Judicial District.

13. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be distributed to the following:

MARILYN LILYQUIST is qualified under sections 733.302, 733.303, and 733.304, Florida Statutes, to serve as ancillary personal representative of the estate of CLINTON RUSSELL LILYQUIST II, deceased. She has reviewed the statutes and understands the qualifications. The following statements are true:
a. MARILYN LILYQUIST is 18 years of age or older.
b. MARILYN LILYQUIST has never been convicted of a felony.
c. MARILYN LILYQUIST has never been convicted in any state or foreign jurisdiction of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an elderly person or a

disabled adult, as those terms are defined in section 825.101, Florida Statutes.

d. MARILYN LILYQUIST is mentally and physically able to perform the duties of personal representative.

e. MARILYN LILYQUIST is not a resident of the State of Florida and is qualified to serve because she is related to the Decedent as follows: i. ___ a legally adopted child or adoptive parent of the Decedent;
ii. X related by lineal consanguinity to the Decedent as the Decedent’s mother;
iii. ___ the spouse of a person otherwise qualified under one of the provisions above.

15. MARILYN LILYQUIST’s place of residence is 4619 28th Avenue NE, Longville, Minnesota 56655, and her post office address is 4619 28th Avenue NE, Longville, Minnesota 56655.

16. MARILYN LILYQUIST is the sole known heir and the only known person with equal or greater preference to appointment, and she joins in this Petition in her capacity as domiciliary personal representative.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner, MARILYN LILYQUIST, requests that she be appointed ancillary personal representative of this estate, that bond be waived or fixed at $0.00, and that Letters of Ancillary Administration be issued.
