NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DONALD SPENCER, Clerk of the above named Court, will on the 17th day of May, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described real property situate in the County of Santa Rosa, State of Florida, to-wit:

 

The East ½ of the East ½ of Section 25, Township 5 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida.  Together with all improvements located thereon.

 

pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Count IV of Plaintiff’s Verified Complaint entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is listed above.

 

At the time of sale, the successful high bidder, other than the plaintiff, shall post with the Clerk a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid.  The balance of the final bid shall be paid to the Clerk no later than 3:00 p.m. CT the same business day.  The successful high bid shall be exclusive of the Clerk’s registry fee and documentary stamps on the Certificate of Title.  In the event of a third party successful bid, the third party successful bidder shall pay, in addition to the bid amount, the Clerk’s registry fee and any and all documentary stamps on the Certificate of Title.  Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale (if any), other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
