YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed in the above-entitled Court by Alvin D. Johnson, a/k/a Alvin Johnson, against the above-referenced Defendant in an action for a declaratory judgment pursuant to Fla. Stat. Chap. 86 confirming Plaintiff’s fee simple title to the following describe real property, and that any interest of the Defendants in said real property is extinguished, as more fully set forth in the Complaint filed in the above-styled action:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Section 40, Township 1 South, Range 30 West, thence run North a distance of 906.5 feet; thence run East a distance of 768.4 feet to point of beginning of this description; thence continue East a distance of 77.5 feet; thence run South a distance of 210 feet; thence run West a distance of 77.5 feet; thence North a distance of 210 feet to the point of beginning of this description.

Less and except any portion lying within the Right-of-Way for Angel Avenue.

You are notified and required to file your answer, pleadings and written defenses, if any, to said Complaint with the Clerk of the said Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff’s attorney, Matthew C. Hoffman, Esq. of Carven, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux, LLC, 151 West Main Street, Suite 200, Pensacola, Florida, 32502, no later than MAY 11 2026, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.

This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Escambia County, Florida.
