Notice is hereby given that Donald C. Spencer, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Santa Rosa County, Florida, shall sell the following described property situated in Santa Rosa County, Florida:

The Condominium Parcel known as Unit D, Building 5 of Baybridge, a Condominium Phase II, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated February 3, 1984, and recorded in Official Records Book 670, Pages 660 through 770 and amended in Official Records Book 702, Page 692 and pursuant to survey plot plan and graphic description of improvements recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 9 through 9F, all of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida, together with all appurtenances to said Condominium parcel and the undivided interest in a common element thereto as set out in the Declaration.

Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be covered by this Security Instrument.
