YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act has been filed by BOB JOHNSON, Sheriff of Santa Rosa County, on January 10, 2024 in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your answer asserting any affirmative defenses with the Clerk of this Court and Petitioner’s attorney, JENNIFER ROGERS, ESQ., at SANTA ROSA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE, 5755 East Milton Road, Milton, FL 32583, on or before May 17, 2024. If any interested party fails to file a claim as herein directed, judgment will be entered herein against you in due course. Persons not personally served with process may obtain a copy of the compliant for forfeiture filed therein from the undersigned clerk of court. If no claimant appear the Office of the Santa Rosa County Sheriff will be seeking a final order of forfeiture.
