The Escambia County Housing Finance Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”) owns certain real property appropriate for development as affordable residential use property. You are advised that the Authority will accept Proposals for the sale and development of the property from qualified developers. . All interested parties are invited and encouraged to submit proposals.
