NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that APPLE CORPS, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation (the “Company”), intends to register with the Department of State of the State of Florida, pursuant to Section 865.09, Florida Statutes, the fictitious name APPLEYARD FOUNDATION under which the Company is engaged in business.

The Company’s principal address is 4400 Bayou Boulevard, Suite 34, Pensacola, Florida 32503, and the business conducted under the fictitious name to be registered (hereinafter “the Business”) is located at 4400 Bayou Boulevard, Suite 34, Pensacola, Florida 32503.
